To the OHMAR community:

This communication updates that which we sent on 3/7.

At this time, we need to cancel the OHMAR annual meeting in Shepherdstown, WV on March 13-14, 2020. This is not a decision that we came to lightly. There have been many contributing circumstances, among them restrictions and closures that mean that an increasing number of panelists and OHMAR board members (among them OHMAR’s President and Vice President) are unable to attend. We explored virtual conference options, but believe face-to-face interaction is one of the main benefits of our conference. We plan to revisit the idea of a 2020 conference in the fall, circumstances permitting. 

All registration fees will be refunded via Eventbrite.

SHFG also announced that they are canceling their events and sessions associated with this conference.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this challenging situation, and wish you all the best of health.
